    Our experience at Charlie Brown has been wonderful! My daughters have a good relationship with numerous staff members. The new center offers more rooms and space for each age range. There is a good variety of meals that are nutritious. The only drawback I've come across is the outdated billing system. We would love to be able to pay at the computer when signing our children in or out, online or auto pay direct from our bank account. Overall, we are glad we chose Charlie Brown almost 2 years ago, and often recommend it to families in the area.

  • Review of "Clint Thomas - State Farm Insurance Agent" at Mason City

    I typically don't write online reviews for services or goods that I buy but I feel the need to write one when I visited this state farm agency. I was approached by Lori, the office manager. She is a very nice and patient lady. She was able to help me get a hold of the other driver's insurance company and help set me up with a rental car knowing that I have work the next morning and in serious need of reliable transportation. Did I mention that she went past her office closing time to make sure I get a hold of a rental car before she leave the office? That's some exceptional customer services right there! 10/10 :)
